VCF – Connected vs Dark Site
While most of my labs are “connected”, they get the benefit of easy patch & binary downloads, as well as a streamlined licensing process.
How do you do licensing if you are in a dark site?
William Lam’s latest post covers licensing a dark site.
Even if you are not configuring a dark site, nice to know what is happening for you in a “connected” site, and a good reference read for exam takers.

Nutanix Cluster Profiles
Found this in Prism Central 7.1.0.6.
Feels very much like Host Profiles in vSphere, but its more along the lines of a its namesake, Cluster Profile.
I can easily see how this could help standardize many Nutanix Clusters being managed via Prism Central.
