Most probably, so long as you have been keeping up with Windows Updates…
In short, Microsoft is making some changes to the way Domain Controllers communicate amongst themselves.
The Nov 2021, April 2022, and July 2022 Windows Updates are where these settings start to get configured.

VMware Converter – alternatives?
So a couple of weeks ago, VMware removed the VMware Converter software from its website (security reasons) and offered no alternative.
Some folks offered up Veeam Backup / Restore operations to do conversions.
This week, found a post on showing an offering from StarWind (free of course).
P2v, V2V, ESXi, Hyper-V, Azure, & AWS are all able to be target or sources.

Nutanix Era – Database Group Management
Magnus Andersson covers one way to use Time Machine (which is how you build granular RPOs into your DBs in Era), which is to group different databases with the same RPO into the same group, and streamline the Time Machine config, showing how Database Group Management can work.
Not the only way to do it, but a great option.
